The Development of Innovation Competency in Promoting the Morality and Ethics of Students Using Reverse Learning Management and Project-Based Learning Management in the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to: 1) evaluate the competency for creating innovation to promote the moral and ethical virtues of students in the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, using reverse learning management and project-based learning management, and 2) compare innovation  competencies to promote the moral ethics of student teachers, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, classified by their fields of study. The sample included 60 students of the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunan Rajabhat University. The research instrument were the assessment form of capacity for creating innovation to promote morality and ethics evaluation, which is a 5-level evaluation measure of 20 items. The data were analyzed by the application of mean, standard deviation, and Independent Samples t-test.

The research findings revealed that: 1) Early Childhood Education major students had the competencies for creating innovation to promote morality and ethics in a highest level.  2) Social Study major students had the competencies for creating innovation to promote morality and ethics in a highest level. 3) From the comparative outcomes of innovative competency to increase the morality and ethics between the Early Childhood Education major students and the Social Study major students, it was founded that there was no statistically significant difference the two groups of the students in creating innovation to promote morality and ethics.
