Abstract

This article is intended to present the role of professional level safety officers promoting the employee’s health in the workplace. The aim of this study focuses on function of professional safety level officers on their work and also studies the pattern of the health promotion model employees in a good organization. The information in these studies can be used as an official guideline to promote healthy employees in the company.

The role of a professional safety officer in health and safety promoting are harmonized with legal regulation. To have good health and protection, undangerous lifestyle, and low accidents from work are the goal of this study. In addition, good health supporting criteria should be considered to cover into 4 factors including physical, mental, social and intellectual health by equally distribution. Moreover, the model of health promotion in the organization could consist of health and safety policy, assignment responsibility, health and safety plan, implementation procedure, and quality assessment, which are the important continual keys improvement and development in workplace.
