Abstract

This article presents strategies for developing Thailand's agricultural sector to ensure stability and sustainability. It analyzes the main problems faced by Thai farmers, including lack of arable land, water scarcity, high production costs, and low crop prices. The paper then proposes solutions by applying science and technology, such as using AI and Machine Learning for land management, exploring underground water sources with geophysical technology, developing high-quality fertilizers and seeds through educational institutions, and employing advanced processing technologies to add value to agricultural products. Furthermore, it suggests sustainable development approaches through collaboration between government agencies, educational institutions, and communities to support local wisdom and simultaneously develop both the educational and agricultural sectors. These approaches aim to elevate Thai agricultural standards, increase production efficiency, and create sustainable occupational security for farmers.
