การพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิสัมพันธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของผู้เรียนบัณฑิตศึกษา

การวิจัยมีเป้าหมายพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดการสร้างความรู้ด้วยการปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมร่วม เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์สำหรับนักศึกษาบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาเทคโนโลยีการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ชั้นปี 1-2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 35 คน มีเครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบทดสอบวัดผลการเรียนด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์แบบ 5 ตัวเลือก 19 ข้อ (IOC = 0.67-1.00) มีค่าความยากง่ายและค่าอำนาจจำแนกผ่านตามเกณฑ์ (0.621, 0.335) โดยมีความเชื่อมั่น Kr-20 ระดับ 0.783 ใช้การวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การถดถอยพหุคูณ และสถิติที โดยพัฒนาการสอนรูปแบบใหม่จาก 3 ปัจจัย คือ 1) ปัจจัยรากฐานทางปัญญา 2) ปัจจัยความตระหนักรู้ทางด้านอารมณ์และสังคม 3 )ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจ จากนั้นนำมาวางแผนการสอนรูปแบบใหม่ จึงนำไปทดสอบกับผู้เรียน พบว่า ผู้เรียนมีเจตคติต่อความเหมาะสมการสอนที่สร้างความคิดสร้างสรรค์มีความพึงพอใจระดับมาก (Mean = 4.457, SD = .505) สามารถเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ ทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (β = .334, t = 3.857) ทักษะความร่วมมือกัน (β = .294, t = 3.457) ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์ (β = .229, t = 2.465) และทักษะการสื่อสาร (β = .222, t = 2.559) ทั้งหมดมีผลต่อความเหมาะสมการสอนที่สร้างความคิดสร้างสรรค์อย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ซึ่งทั้ง 4 ปัจจัยส่งผลบวก และร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ 91.8% โดยทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ ทักษะความร่วมมือกัน ทักษะการสื่อสาร และทักษะคิดวิเคราะห์ ตามลำดับ โดยมีสมการถดถอย เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างค่าคะแนนทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนได้ค่าสถิติทดสอบที 21.868 ที่องศาอิสระ 34 และการจัดการเรียนรู้ใหม่ส่งผลให้ผู้เรียนมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์สูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยความคิดสร้างสรรค์เกิดขึ้นจากความคิดยืดหยุ่นที่เป็นพหุสาขาวิชาที่ช่วยกระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนมีระดับความคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น
