Submissions are also screened for plagiarism and assessed for their theoretical and practical contributions. Manuscripts may be returned to the authors for revision if initial criteria are not met, or rejected outright. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least three experts in the relevant field. The final decision on publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief, based on the evaluations provided by the reviewers. Further information on the peer-review process can be found here.
