การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์น้ำจากของเสียเหลือทิ้ง ในกระบวนการแปรรูปปลาหมอ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์น้ำจากของเสียเหลือทิ้งในกระบวนการแปรรูปปลาหมอ เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับวัสดุเหลือใช้และลดปัญหามลพิษสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยใช้หัวปลาและเครื่องในปลาหมอเป็นวัตถุดิบหลัก ผสมร่วมกับมูลจิ้งหรีด กากน้ำตาล และรำข้าว ในสัดส่วนต่าง ๆ จำนวน 9 สิ่งทดลอง แต่ละสิ่งทดลองทำซ้ำ 3 ครั้ง ดำเนินการหมักในถังความจุ 200 ลิตร ปริมาตรของเหลว 160 ลิตร ระยะเวลา 14 วัน ภายใต้การเติมอากาศอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดกระบวนการผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบทางเคมีของปุ๋ยอินทรีย์น้ำพบว่า มีค่า pH ระหว่าง 6.00-6.49 ปริมาณไนโตรเจน 1.54-2.21% ฟอสฟอรัส 0.40-0.86% และโพแทสเซียม 0.76-1.17% จากการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพกับผักกาดหอมกรีนโอ๊ค พบว่า ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์น้ำสูตรที่ 7 (ปลาหมอ 70% มูลจิ้งหรีด 15% กากน้ำตาล 15%) ให้ค่าการเจริญเติบโตและน้ำหนักสดสูงสุด โดยมีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.01) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับปุ๋ยอินทรีย์น้ำสูตรอื่น ๆ และมีความใกล้เคียงกับผักกาดหอมกรีนโอ๊คที่ใช้ปุ๋ยเคมีน้ำสูตร 21-3-3 ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่าของเสียจากการแปรรูปปลาหมอสามารถนำมาผลิตเป็นปุ๋ยอินทรีย์น้ำที่มีคุณภาพดี ช่วยลดปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม และสามารถพัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เชิงพาณิชย์ของชุมชนได้ในอนาคต
