ผลของโปรแกรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ที่มีต่อลักษณะมุ่งอนาคตควบคุมของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนศิริมาตย์เทวี อำเภอพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ที่มีต่อลักษณะมุ่งอนาคตควบคุมตนของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนศิริมาตย์เทวี อำเภอพาน จังหวัดเชียงราย เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง วัดผล 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะก่อนทดลอง ระยะหลังทดลอง และระยะติดตามผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 30 คน ใช้วิธีการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 15 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 15 คน โดยกลุ่มทดลองได้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ สัปดาห์ละ
3 ครั้ง ๆ ละ 50-60 นาที ติดต่อกัน 4 สัปดาห์ โดยมีผู้วิจัยทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้นำกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบวัดลักษณะมุ่งอนาคตควบคุมตน และโปรแกรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที่แบบสัมพันธ์กัน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์มีลักษณะมุ่งอนาคตควบคุมตนสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์มีลักษณะมุ่งอนาคตควบคุมตนสูงกว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์มีลักษณะมุ่งอนาคตควบคุมตนในระยะก่อนการทดทอง ระยะหลังการทดลอง และระยะติดตามผลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
