การพยากรณ์คุณลักษณะที่มีความสำคัญต่อการยกเลิกบริการยูทูบพรีเมียมด้วยโครงข่ายประสาทเทียมและอัลกอริทึมการเรียนรู้แบบรวม

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบจำลองที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการพยากรณ์แนวโน้มการยกเลิกบริการของผู้ใช้บริการยูทูบพรีเมียม และระบุปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจ เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการวางกลยุทธ์รักษาฐานลูกค้าเชิงรุก โดยทำการศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 10,983 รายการ ผ่านกระบวนการบูรณาการโครงข่ายประสาทเทียมร่วมกับอัลกอริทึมการเรียนรู้แบบรวม ได้แก่ XGBoost, LightGBM และ CatBoost พร้อมทั้งประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิค Optuna ในการปรับแต่งพารามิเตอร์ และใช้กรอบการคัดเลือกคุณลักษณะแบบหลายรอบ ร่วมกับ SHAP เพื่ออธิบายความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่าแบบจำลอง LightGBM ที่มีการปรับสมดุลข้อมูลให้ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดยมีค่า AUC เท่ากับ 0.93 ค่าความถูกต้อง เท่ากับ 0.85 และค่าการเรียกคืน เท่ากับ 0.90 แม้จะใช้ตัวแปรสำคัญเพียง 8 ตัวในการพยากรณ์ ซึ่งผลการวิเคราะห์ระบุว่าปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมมีความสำคัญมากกว่าด้านประชากรศาสตร์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยมีตัวแปรที่เป็นสัญญาณบวกในการรักษาฐานสมาชิก ได้แก่ “จำนวนวิดีโอที่รับชม (ContentCount)” ซึ่งมีอิทธิพลสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ “ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก (Period)” “ชั่วโมงการรับชม (WatchTime)” และ “จำนวนช่องที่ติดตาม (Subscribed)” ในขณะที่ปัจจัยที่เป็นสัญญาณเตือนวิกฤตซึ่งเพิ่มความเสี่ยงในการยกเลิกคือ “ปัญหาการชำระเงิน (CamelCase)” และ “การติดต่อฝ่ายสนับสนุน (SupportTickets)” ส่วนปัจจัยเสริมที่ช่วยลดการยกเลิกได้คือ “รูปแบบสัญญา (Contract)” และ “การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค (TechSupport)” โดยองค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการศึกษานี้ไม่เพียงแต่ยืนยันประสิทธิภาพของอัลกอริทึมการเรียนรู้แบบรวมในการจัดการข้อมูลพฤติกรรมที่ซับซ้อน แต่ยังนำไปสู่ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการเฝ้าระวังกลุ่มผู้ใช้ที่ประสบปัญหาด้านธุรกรรม และกลุ่มที่มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ต่ำ เพื่อป้องกันการสูญเสียลูกค้า และสร้างความยั่งยืนให้แก่ธุรกิจในระยะยาว
