อิทธิพลของปัจจัยกระบวนการที่มีผลต่อสมบัติทางกลของอะลูมิเนียมเกรด 5356 ที่ขึ้นรูปด้วยเทคโนโลยีการเชื่อมเติมเนื้อวัสดุ

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยกระบวนการที่มีผลต่อสมบัติทางกลของอะลูมิเนียมเกรด 5356 ที่ขึ้นรูปด้วยเทคโนโลยีการเชื่อมเติมเนื้อวัสดุ ดำเนินงานโดยใช้หุ่นยนต์เชื่อมในการขึ้นรูปชิ้นงานทดสอบผนังบาง โดยศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยกระบวนการ 3 ปัจจัย คือ ความเร็วในการป้อนลวดเชื่อม ความเร็วในการเดินเชื่อม และอัตราการไหลของก๊าซปกคลุมที่มีผลต่อค่าแรงดึงและความแข็งของชิ้นงานทดสอบ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าความเร็วในการเดินเชื่อมเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลสูงที่สุดต่อแรงดึง การปรับค่าพารามิเตอร์การเชื่อมโดยใช้ความเร็วในการป้อนลวดเชื่อม 6 เมตรต่อนาที ความเร็วในการเดินเชื่อม 0.4 เมตรต่อนาที และอัตราการไหลของก๊าซปกคลุม 10 ลิตรต่อนาที ส่งผลให้ได้ค่าแรงดึงสูงสุดที่ 4,918.69 นิวตัน ขณะที่การใช้ความเร็วในการป้อนลวดเชื่อม 7 เมตรต่อนาที ความเร็วในการเดินเชื่อม 0.4 เมตรต่อนาที และอัตราการไหลของก๊าซปกคลุม 14 ลิตรต่อนาที ส่งผลให้ค่าแรงดึงลดลงเหลือ 4,703.35 นิวตัน ในส่วนค่าความแข็งของชิ้นงานพบว่าอัตราการไหลของก๊าซปกคลุมมีอิทธิพลสูงสุดต่อค่าความแข็ง โดยค่าปัจจัยความเร็วในการป้อนลวดเชื่อม 6 เมตรต่อนาที ความเร็วในการเดินเชื่อม 0.4 เมตรต่อนาที และอัตราการไหลของก๊าซปกคลุม 10 ลิตรต่อนาที ได้ค่าความแข็งสูงสุดที่ 38.95 HRB ในขณะเดียวกันการใช้ความเร็วในการป้อนลวดเชื่อม 8 เมตรต่อนาที ความเร็วในการเดินเชื่อม 0.4 เมตรต่อนาที และอัตราการไหลของก๊าซปกคลุม 14 ลิตรต่อนาที ได้ค่าความแข็งต่ำสุดที่ 37.15 HRB ซึ่งการปรับเปลี่ยนปัจจัยกระบวนการทั้ง 3 ปัจจัย มีผลกระทบต่อสมบัติทางกลของชิ้นงานทดสอบ ดังนั้นการทดลองนำเทคโนโลยีการเชื่อมเติมเนื้อวัสดุมาใช้ในการขึ้นรูปชิ้นงานผนังบางสำหรับอะลูมิเนียมเกรด 5356 ในครั้งนี้เห็นควรพิจารณาปัจจัยความเร็วในการเดินเชื่อมเป็นหลัก เมื่อต้องการได้ค่าแรงดึงของชิ้นงานที่สูง และหากต้องการให้ชิ้นงานมีความแข็งให้พิจารณาจากการเลือกค่าอัตราการไหลของก๊าซปกคลุมให้มีความเหมาะสม
