The Work Motivation Factors Affecting Employee Engagement at Betagro Co, LTD., (PCL) Lop Buri Province

Abstract
This research aimed to study the Motivation Factors Affect Employee Engagement, 76 people working at Betagro Co, LTD., (PCL) Lopburi were taken as sample for the research and questionnaire tool was used for data collection. Frequency, percentile, average, standard deviation, F-test, and multiple regression analysis as statistical tool. The findings indicated that: opinion levels of motivation factors of work, maintenance factors and employee engagement overall is at a high level. The comparison results between the different personal factors with motivation factors and employee engagement have no difference. The final results of multiple regression analysis showed 1) The work motivation factors; the job description had a positive impact on employee engagement in the organization. And 2) The maintenance factor; aspects as a policy management and relationship in the workplace, job position, and stability displayed positive impact with employee engagement in the organization.
