    The Journal aims to promote researchers, academics, and the general public in disseminating research articles and academic papers on innovation, technology, knowledge, and processes that can be applied to development and problem-solving for the benefit of areas, organizations, agencies, and local communities. The journal has been evaluated by the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI) Centre and is indexed in Tier 2 (TCI 2). All articles undergo a review process by the editorial board, which consists of at least three qualified experts through a double-blind review system. The quality of manuscripts, which are then returned to authors for revision to ensure accuracy and completeness before publication.
