The development of a fire incident reporting system via Telegram chatbot, with a case study of the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Division, Mae Suk Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phayao Province, was undertaken with two main objectives: (1) to design and develop a fire alert notification system through the Telegram chatbot application, and (2) to evaluate the satisfaction of both general users and system administrators regarding the system’s functionalities. The system is designed to enable the public to report fire incidents conveniently and rapidly, while allowing officials to receive information, monitor situations, and manage incidents efficiently. The developed system supports the collection of information from general users, including name, surname, phone number, incident location, and multimedia files such as photos or videos. This information is transmitted to relevant officials via Telegram, with interactive response buttons provided for officials to update the status of each incident. Technically, the system utilizes Google Apps Script as the main server to receive messages from Telegram via Webhook, process the data, and store all information in Google Sheets. The stored data can then be visualized in the form of reports or dashboards through Looker Studio, enabling officials and administrators to monitor and analyze statistical data effectively. Regarding user satisfaction, the evaluation revealed that users were highly satisfied with the system, with an overall mean score of 4.61 and a standard deviation of 0.52. When considering specific aspects, the mean scores for content quality, interface design and layout for Telegram usage, and practical application were 4.68, 4.59, and 4.56, respectively, with standard deviations of 0.50, 0.53, and 0.54. This system allows users to conveniently report incidents via chat, display the coordinates of the incident location, and assist officials in route planning. Additionally, it provides statistics on incident reports, such as the number of incidents per day, incident locations, or types of fire incidents, which are beneficial for enhancing the efficiency of fire incident management in the area.
