Abstract

Development of agricultural potential Using outstanding economic crops such as rice and medicinal plants as the base to drive the economy. By studying in Suphanburi Province it is seen that this area has the potential to be developed into a pilot area. with outstanding economic crops, It is also home to various sector agencies that can promote and support economic development with various agricultural BCG models. Both government agencies industrial sector Private business sector There are also many higher education institutions in the area. This is in line with the concept of economic development with the BCG model that requires various sectors to participate in spatial development. For development to be strong and sustainable This pilot study was chosen to study through the support of 2 types of economic crops of Suphanburi Province: rice and medicinal plants. By studying the roles and responsibilities of relevant government agencies at the provincial and district levels. Including studying rice operations through the Thungthong Yangyuang Organic Farming Community Enterprise. Meanwhile, medicinal plants have been studied in terms of management and processing of medicinal plants for use as medicine at U Thong Hospital, which is considered to play an important role in determining the direction of demand for medicinal plants in the area. that will link back to farmers and communities from the findings of the problems and obstacles of operations, this study's proposals for other areas can be applied in two ways: determining spatial development guidelines. and the process of pushing and supporting from the government sector.
