Acute Effects of the 11+ Warm-up Programme to Speed, Agility and Leg Power in Men Futsal Players.
Main Article Content
Abstract
The major aims of investigation were the effects of the 11+ warm up programme on speed, agility and leg power in men futsal players. There were twenty-six subjects were divided into 2 groups by drawing cots that Training group (The11+) and Control group (CG) of 13 persons. Training group (The11+) used The 11+ training programme for dynamic stretching and Control group (CG) used stretching that is familiar or experience. Four days were investigated. Day 2 was Illinois Agility Test, Day 3 was 20m Sprint Test and Day 4 was Counter movement jump Test (CMJ). Before tests, Subjects were stretching following group (The11+ and CG). Three tests were performed on nonconsecutive days. Agility, speed and legs power performance in The11+ were significantly increased when compare CG. These results were concluded that the 11+ warm up programme could improve Agility, speed and legs power performance in futsal players after dynamic stretching with the 11+ warm up programme.
