Regulations:

• Articles submitted for publication must undergo peer review at least 2 qualified experts (Double blind peer review) from both inside and outside the university to ensure academic standards.
• The content of the articles reflects the opinions of the authors. The editorial board assumes no responsibility for any of the opinions expressed.
• Articles must not have been previously published in any journal and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. If duplication is found, the sole responsibility lies with the author.
• If a reader identifies plagiarism or false attribution without proper citation, leading to the misunderstanding that the work belongs to the author, the responsibility solely rests with the author upon verification.
• Articles involving human or animal research will only be considered if they have been approved by an ethics committee.
• The journal is published biannually: Issue 1 (January - June) and Issue 2 (July - December).
