Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop a system and mechanism aimed at enhancing the efficiency and promotion of the standard safety agricultural production processes within the fisheries, crops, and livestock sectors. The study identified a significant gap in farmers' knowledge and understanding of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and the associated benefits. As a result, the research team implemented a two-step process to address these issues.

The first step involved raising awareness and knowledge among farmers regarding the production of safe agricultural products. This was achieved through a comprehensive public relations campaign and educational initiatives. As a result, farmers gained a better understanding of GAP and the advantages it offers, highlighting the importance of producing safer agricultural products. This newfound knowledge has motivated them to incorporate GAP principles into their agricultural processes and prepare for the certification of safe agricultural products. Next step focused on marketing and promoting the distribution channels for safe agricultural products. Collaborating with agricultural officials at the district and provincial levels, farmers were educated on how to adapt their products to meet safety standards and attain higher prices and profits. This process enabled farmers to expand their market reach and capitalize on their knowledge of safety agricultural practice.

In particular, The research has succeeded in bridging the gap in knowledge and understanding among farmers, empowering them to embrace safety agricultural practices and explore more lucrative distribution channels. This contributes to the overall goal of increasing efficiency and promoting the standard production of safety agricultural products in the fisheries, crops, and livestock sectors
