A Development of the Animation Media on the Riding a Motorcycle Safely

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop the animation media on the topic of riding a motorcycle safely, 2) to evaluate the efficiency of the animation media, and 3) to assess the users' satisfaction with the animation media. A purposive sampling was selected, including 3 animation media experts and 30 junior high school students. The research tools were 1) the animation media on the topic of riding a motorcycle safely, 2) an evaluation form for the efficiency of animation media by experts, and 3) a form of user satisfaction assessment. The statistics were mean and standard deviation. The result found that 1) the animation media was able to disseminate knowledge to motorcyclists. 2) The evaluation of the efficiency of the animation media by experts, mean equal to 4.59, and a standard deviation equal to 0.32. In addition 3) for the satisfaction of users of animation media, the mean is equal to 4.53, and the standard deviation is equal to 0.53.
