A Development of Information Management Application for Visiting Learning Centers according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy “VALAYA Land” via AppSheet

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop the Information Management Application for Visiting Learning Centers according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy via AppSheet 2) to evaluate the application efficiency and 3) to evaluate the users' satisfaction with this application. This research methodology was research and development (R&D). The research method conducted through to the system development lifecycle (SDLC). The user requirement were collect from three groups which were 1) administrators of the office for learning promotion and academic services 2) staffs, and 3) users of the learning center. Use Case diagram was used for system analysis. In addition, AppSheet was used for development tools. The efficiency of system evaluated by five software engineering experts using specific. In addition, the satisfaction also evaluated by thirty user through the evaluation form. The research sampling in both two groups was selected by the purposive sampling method. Besides, the statistics employed in data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The research result was as follows: 1) the application can collect information about the visitor, learning center assessment results and publish various reports 2) evaluation of the efficiency of the system had quality at the highest level. Mean and the standard deviation obtained about 4.64 and 0.49. Moreover, 3) the evaluation of user satisfaction was at the highest level. Mean and the standard deviation was 4.64 and 0.68.
