การพัฒนาเจลล้างหน้าด้วยสารสกัดหอมแดงที่มีส่วนผสมจากสครับธรรมชาติ

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เจลล้างหน้าที่มีส่วนผสมของสารสกัดหอมแดงร่วมกับผงสครับจากธรรมชาติ โดยทำการศึกษาผลของความเข้มข้นของตัวทำละลายเอทานอล (ร้อยละ 15 50 และ 95) ต่อตัวอย่างน้ำหนักแห้ง ฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระ อุณหภูมิที่เหมาะสมในการเตรียมผงสครับ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงสีของผลิตภัณฑ์เจลล้างหน้า ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สารสกัดหอมแดงด้วยตัวทำละลายเอทานอลร้อยละ 15 มีปริมาณสารประกอบฟีนอลิกทั้งหมดสูงสุด (87.02 มิลลิกรัมสมมูลของกรดแกลลิกต่อกรัมของสารสกัด) ปริมาณสารประกอบฟลาโวนอยด์ทั้งหมดสูงสุด (30.99 มิลลิกรัมสมมูลของรูทินต่อกรัมของตัวอย่าง) และมีฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระสูงสุดเมื่อทดสอบด้วยวิธี DPPH (0.10 มิลลิกรัมต่อมิลลิลิตร) และ FRAP (21.85 มิลลิกรัมสมมูลเฟอร์รัสซัลเฟตต่อกรัมตัวอย่าง) สำหรับการเตรียมผงสครับจากเปลือกส้มแมนดาริน เปลือกส้มเขียวหวาน และเปลือกแก้วมังกร พบว่าสภาวะที่เหมาะสมที่สุดคือการอบที่อุณหภูมิ 50 องศาเซลเซียส เป็นเวลา 72 ชั่วโมง เมื่อนำสารสกัดหอมแดง และผงสครับมาพัฒนาเป็น     เจลล้างหน้าและทดสอบความคงตัวเป็นเวลา 1 สัปดาห์ พบว่าเจลล้างหน้าที่ผสมสครับเปลือกส้มแมนดารินมีสีเหลืองเข้มขึ้นเล็กน้อยเมื่อตั้งทิ้งไว้ที่อุณหภูมิห้อง ส่วนเจลล้างหน้าที่ผสมผงสครับเปลือกส้มเขียวหวาน และเปลือกแก้วมังกร มีสีจางลงเป็นสีเหลืองอ่อนเมื่อเก็บที่อุณหภูมิ 37 และ 40 องศาเซลเซียส งานวิจัยนี้จึงเป็นข้อมูลในการนำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางที่ช่วยเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับทรัพยากรท้องถิ่น และวัสดุเหลือทิ้งทางการเกษตรอย่างยั่งยืน
