THE GUIDELINES OF MODERN MANAGEMNT AFFECTING TO ORGANIZATION OPERATION: A CASE STUDY OF CHO THAVEE PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED

Abstract

This research was the qualitative research. The objectives of this research were to study the guideline of modern management affecting to organization operations: A case study of Cho Thavee Public Company Limited Include factors that helps the case study to achieve goals and succeed in the field of operation. The data collection tools comprised Focus Group Approach with people who were Knowledgeable, experienced in this project and literature review.Key Informants, a total of 8 are included the Policy and Startegy Depaetment,the Standard and potential Control Department, the Risk Management Department and the Business Development Department. The information from the study to verify the verify the credibility of result used the methodology of trianguiation used the process of content analysis and conclusions by presented in the pattern of description. The study found that the organization have guidelines of modern management. Used of following concepts and theories in organizational management to achieve operational goals 1.SWOT Analysis 2.ISO9001 3.Enterprise Resource Planning and 4. Good Governance. Applying the guidelines of modern management to organizations does not only the organization see their goal for success but it also helps organizations to see the weaknesses and threats of the organization. By collecting qualitative research data, this also found that cho Thavee public company Limited qoite focuses on applying the classic theory together with a modern management system. To create an opportunities and strengths for the organization so that the organization so that the organization does not lose or waste time or resources.
