บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาบทบาท ความต้องการ และแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในโปรแกรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพนักเรียนชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา
วิธีการวิจัย: การวิจัยผสมผสานวิธีแบบอธิบายเชิงลำดับ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 50 คน จาก 5 กลุ่ม คือ บุคลากรสาธารณสุข ครู ผู้ปกครอง ผู้นำชุมชน และพระสงฆ์ กลุ่มละ 10 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงประเด็น และข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ตรวจสอบด้วยวิธีสามเส้า บูรณาการตามกรอบ ACTIVE
ผลการวิจัย: ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียมีบทบาทแตกต่างแต่เสริมกัน บุคลากรสาธารณสุขให้บริการและความรู้ ต้องการระบบเฝ้าระวังบูรณาการ (ร้อยละ 90) ครูจัดการศึกษาและดูแล ต้องการสื่อสอดคล้องวัฒนธรรม (ร้อยละ 95) ผู้ปกครองดูแลหลัก ต้องการข้อมูลเข้าถึงง่าย (ร้อยละ 90) ผู้นำชุมชนประสานงาน ต้องการกลไกชัดเจน (ร้อยละ 85) พระสงฆ์ให้คำแนะนำและสร้างความตระหนัก ต้องการบูรณาการกิจกรรมศาสนา (ร้อยละ 85) กลยุทธ์ 4 ประการ คือ (1) เครือข่ายพหุภาคีระดับตำบล (ร้อยละ 92) (2) ระบบสื่อสารผสมผสาน (ร้อยละ 88) (3) กิจกรรมตามบริบทวัฒนธรรม (ร้อยละ 85) (4) กรอบติดตามประเมินผล (ร้อยละ 90)
สรุป: การส่งเสริมสุขภาพนักเรียนชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชาต้องบูรณาการการมีส่วนร่วมหลากหลายกลุ่มผ่านกลไกสอดคล้องบริบทวัฒนธรรม การศึกษานำเสนอกรอบแนวคิดมีหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์สำหรับพัฒนาโปรแกรมยั่งยืนในบริบทข้ามวัฒนธรรมคล้ายคลึงกัน
