บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความสะอาดของลำไส้ใหญ่ด้วยวิธีการให้ยา Sodiumphosphate solution (Swiff®) 2 ครั้งร่วมกับการสวนอุจจาระและการให้ยา Swiff® 3 ครั้งไม่สวนอุจจาระและค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการทั้ง 2 วิธี
วิธีการศึกษา: การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาโดยดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเวชระเบียนของผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการตรวจคัดกรองโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ในโครงการตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่ไส้ตรงที่โรงพยาบาลร้อยเอ็ด ระหว่างวันที่ 1 ถึง 31 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2560 จำนวน 130 ราย แบ่งผู้ป่วยออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ 1 เตรียมความสะอาดลำไส้ใหญ่ด้วยการให้ยา Swiff® 45cc. จำนวน 2 ครั้ง ร่วมกับการสวนอุจจาระ จำนวน 72 ราย และ กลุ่มที่ 2 เตรียมความสะอาดลำไส้ใหญ่ด้วยการให้ยา Swiff® 45cc. จำนวน 3 ครั้ง และไม่สวนอุจจาระ จำนวน 58 ราย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการศึกษา: ผู้ป่วยกลุ่มที่ 1 ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 62.50 อายุเฉลี่ย 59.98 ปี (SD = 6.35) ผลการการส่องกล้องลำไส้พบว่าความสะอาดของลำไส้กลุ่มที่ 1 ความสะอาด Very poor ร้อยละ 1.38 Poor ร้อยละ 12.50 Fair ร้อยละ 37.50 Good ร้อยละ 47.22 และ Excellent ร้อยละ 1.38 ผู้ป่วยกลุ่มที่ 2 รายส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายร้อยละ 51.72 อายุเฉลี่ย 60.45 ปี (SD=6.35) ความสะอาดของลำไส้ด้วยการทำ Swiff® 3 ความสะอาด Poor ร้อยละ 1.72 Fair ร้อยละ 17.24 Good ร้อยละ 62.06 และ Excellent ร้อยละ 18. ส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายในการเตรียมผู้ป่วยด้วย Swiff® 2 ครั้งสำหรับห้องสามัญ 4,165 บาท ห้องพิเศษ 4,127.50 บาท ส่วนการทำ Swiff® 3 ครั้งสำหรับห้องสามัญ 4,465 บาท ห้องพิเศษ 4,427.50 บาท กล่าวโดยสรุป การเตรียมความสะอาดของลำไส้ด้วยวิธีการให้ยา Swiff® 3 ครั้งและไม่สวนอุจาระ ความสะอาดของลำไส้ระดับ Good และระดับ Excellent มีมากกว่าการเตรียมด้วยการให้ยา Swiff® 2 ครั้งและสวนอุจจาระก่อนนอน ส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายต่างกันเล็กน้อย
