การศึกษาลักษณะทางพฤกษศาสตร์ การเพิ่มผลผลิตใบ ปริมาณสี และครามผงของครามงอ ทำการทดลองที่แปลงปฏิบัติการพืชศาสตร์ คณะเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร และห้องปฏิบัติการเคมี ศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร พบว่า
ครามงอเป็นไม้พุ่ม สูง 121.08 เซนติเมตร มีรากสีขาวนวล มีจำนวนกิ่งแขนง 12.39 กิ่งต่อต้น ใบเป็นใบประกอบขนนก ประกอบด้วยใบย่อย 3-13 ใบ ขนาดใบย่อยยาว 2.02 เซนติเมตร กว้าง 1.40 เซนติเมตร ออกดอกเป็นช่อแบบกระจะ (raceme) สีชมพูอมแดงถึงชมพูอมส้ม อายุออกดอก 76.04 วัน หลังจากปลูก ช่อดอกเกิดบริเวณซอกใบ ฝักโค้งงอ ติดฝักหลังดอกบาน 3-4 วัน ฝักแก่ 79.73 วัน เมล็ดแก่สีดำ มีขนาดเล็กค่อนข้างกลม จำนวนเมล็ด 4.65 เมล็ดต่อฝัก มีเปอร์เซ็นต์ความงอก 94 เปอร์เซ็นต์
ครามงอที่ใช้ระยะปลูก 25x60 เซนติเมตร เป็นระยะที่เหมาะสมเนื่องจากให้ผลผลิตใบคราม ความสูง และจำนวนกิ่งแขนงมากที่สุด คือ 4,379.73 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ สูง 129.69 เซนติเมตร และ 11.61 กิ่งต่อต้น ตามลำดับ
ในด้านการทดสอบปุ๋ยอินทรีย์พบว่าปุ๋ยน้ำหมักหอยเชอรี่ และ ปุ๋ยน้ำหมักผักดีที่สุด เนื่องจากให้ผลผลิตใบคราม ความสูง และ จำนวนกิ่งแขนงต่อต้นมากที่สุด ในขณะที่ปุ๋ยโบกาฉิดีที่สุดให้ปริมาณสีครามและครามผงดีที่สุด คือได้ปริมาณสีครามและปริมาณครามผงต่อใบคราม 500กรัม มากที่สุดเท่ากับ 8.792 และ 1.816 กรัม
Abstract
This study was to investigate the botanical characteristic of indigo plant concerning its leaf yields, colour quantity and dry dye. The treatment was done using facilities of the Plant Science Program at the Agricultural Technology Faculty and the Chemical Laboratory of the Science Center, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University.
The findings revealed that indigo plant is a shrub with 121.08 centimeters on height and its root colour is creamy. Arranged in the opposite direction, the leaves grow in an odd pinnate compound formation consisting of 3-13 obovate leaflets. Leaflet is 2.02 centimeters long and 1.40 centimeters wide. Flower buds between the branches with typical raceme.The colour of flower varies from is pinkish red to pinkish orange. Flower takes 76.04 days after it is grown to bloom. Pod is developed within 3-4 days after flower blooms. It is curved in shape. Pod takes 79.73 days to be mature. indigo plant seed colour is black and quite small and round in shape. There are 4.65 seeds per pod. Of all the seeds, 94 percent are able to be germinated.
The greatest yield is achieved by a 25x60 centimeter planting format whereby the leaf produce is of 4,379.73 kilograms per rai. The plant is 129.69 centimeters high and has 11.61 branches. The greatest yield is also achieved with the liquid fertilizer made from golden apple snails and vegetables ; because it increases leaf produce, plant height and branches.
Using the compost fertilizer was proved the best. It resulted in the highest concentration of colour and power dye per 500 grams of the plant leaves with the maximum and 1.816 and 8.792 grams .
