DEVELOPING OF THE LOCAL WISDOM DATABASE: TEMPLES IN MUANG DISTRICT, PHITSANULOK PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to develop the local wisdom database: temples in Muang District, Phitsanulok Province. The data of 108 temples were collected by interviews carried out with monks, the local leaders, and the ordinary people. The design of research instruments were used to collect content and satisfactions assessment of the local wisdom database: temples in Muang District, Phitsanulok Province. The data was analyzed by using mean (), standard deviation (S.D.) The open-source Joomla was used to develop the local wisdom database: basic search browse and the keyword search. The study found that 1) The design assessment of the local wisdom database: temples in Muang District, Phitsanulok Province was at a high level. ( = 4.00, S.D. = 0.61) 2) The content assessment of  the local wisdom database: temples in Muang District, Phitsanulok Province was at a high level. ( = 3.83, S.D. = 0.71) and 3) The satisfactions of users of the local wisdom database: temples was at a high level. ( = 4.46, S.D. = 0.57)
