การวิเคราะห์คุณภาพน้ำดิบและน้ำดื่มชนิดฝาปิดสนิทตราทะเลแก้ว

บทคัดย่อ

ได้ทำการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพน้ำดิบและน้ำดื่มบรรจุขวดชนิดฝาปิดสนิทตราทะเลแก้ว โดยมี วัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1. ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์คุณภาพน้ำ ดิบและน้ำ ดื่มบรรจุขวดชนิดฝาปิดสนิท ทาง กายภาพ ทางเคมี และชีววิทยา 2.เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพน้ำเพื่อนำไปประกอบการรายงานตามการ ประกันคุณภาพตาม ตส.3 ตามบัญชีแนบท้ายคำสั่งของสำนักงานกรรมการอาหารและยาที่ 841/2545 ของ มหาวิทยาลัย 3.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพน้ำดื่มชนิดฝาปิดสนิทตราทะเลแก้วกับมาตรฐานของน้ำ ดื่มชนิดฝา ปิดสนิท

ทำการสุ่มเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำเป็นเวลา 9 เดือน โดยเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำจากท่อสูบน้ำดิบและน้ำดื่มตรา ทะเลแก้วที่วางจำหน่ายทั่ว ๆไป ในช่วงเดือน สิงหาคม 2546 - เมษายน 2547 เดือนละครั้ง ทำการศึกษาค่า ความเป็นกรด – เบส ความขุ่น โดยใช้มิเตอร์ต่าง ๆ ตรวจวัด พบว่า มีค่าความเป็นกรด-เบส อยู่ในช่วง 6.47 - 6.91และ7.13 -7.15 ค่าความขุ่น 0.20 - 0.27 และ 0.20 เอ็นทียูตามลำดับ ค่าปริมาณของแข็งทั้งหมดที่ ละลายน้ำพบอยู่ในช่วง 28.00 - 34.00 และ 4.00 พีพีเอ็ม ค่าความกระด้างรวมหาโดยการไทเทรตกับ สารละลายไดโซเดียมอีดีทีเอ พบอยู่ในช่วง 14.00 - 19.50 พีพีเอ็ม และไม่พบความกระด้างเลย ปริมาณคลอ ไรด์หาโดยใช้ Argentometric titration พบอยู่ในช่วง 15.40 - 16.00 และ 6.70 – 6.80 พีพีเอ็ม ปริมาณโคลิ ฟอร์มแบคทีเรียพบอยู่ในช่วง 2 MPN /100 mL และ< 2 ไม่พบ ปริมาณฟีคัลโคลิฟอร์มแบคทีเรียในน้ำ ตัวอย่างทั้งสองชนิดตามลำดับ

ผลจากการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพ ทางเคมีกายภาพ และชีววิทยาพบว่าน้ำดิบและน้ำดื่มชนิดฝาปิด สนิทตราทะเลแก้วเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของน้ำบาดาลและมาตรฐานน้ำดื่มชนิดฝาปิดสนิท ตาม พระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมและรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2535

ABSTRACT

The objectives of the research on the analysis of Talaekaew’s underground water quality and packaged drinking water were: (1) to examine and analyze the quality of the underground water and packaged drinking water chemically, physically and biologically; (2) to use the results as a database on quality of the water as required by the Ministry of Public Health; (3) to compare Talaekaew’s underground water and packaged drinking water with standard quality of drinking water.

The research methods were information survey and the water sampling of the underground water and packaged drinking water. Water samples were collected from August 2003 to April 2004. The qualities of underground water and packaged drinking water such as pH, turbidity, were measured by means of meters and found in the range of 6.47 – 6.91,7.13 – 7.15 and 0.20 – 0.27,0.20 NTU respectively. Total solid was found in the range of 28.00 - 34.00,4.00 ppm. Total hardness, determined by titration with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid , was found between 14.00 - 19.50 and 0.00 ppm.

Chloride, determined by argentometric titration, was found in the range of 15.40 – 16.00, 6.70 – 6.80 ppm. The average amount of coliform bacteria contamination is 2 MPN/100 mL and < 2, neither was the average amount of fecal coliform bacteria contamination.
