การพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนพลายชุมพลเพื่อสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการในการพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนพลายชุมพล เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบและศึกษาผลการพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนพลายชุมพลเพื่อสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ ในด้านความสนใจใฝ่เรียนรู้ ด้านจิตสาธารณะ และด้านรักและภูมิใจในวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนในโรงเรียนบ้านพลายชุมพล ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 และมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา โดยมีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะของนักเรียน แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความสนใจใฝ่เรียนรู้จิตสาธารณะ รักและภูมิใจในวัฒนธรรมภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น แบบสัมภาษณ์ และประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์จากการศึกษาเอกสาร การจัดสนทนากลุ่ม (focus group discussion) และการสัมภาษณ์ ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและเขียนบรรยายสรุปโดยการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการในการพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนพลายชุมพล ทั้งด้านความสนใจใฝ่เรียนรู้ ด้านจิตสาธารณะ และด้านรักและภูมิใจในวัฒนธรรม และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น พบว่า ยังมีพฤติกรรมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบได้รูปแบบที่เกิดจากการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้โครงการเป็นฐาน (project-based learning) การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสาธิต (demonstration method) และการเรียนแบบร่วมมือ (cooperative learning) ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการพัฒนาโดยผ่านการเรียนรู้จากฐานการเรียนรู้ 3 ฐาน โดยมีการพัฒนาเป็นระยะๆ และมีการนําเสนอองค์ความรู้จากการจัดนิทรรศการ ผลการพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชนพลายชุมพล พบว่า นักเรียนมีคุณลักษณะด้านสนใจ ใฝ่เรียนรู้หลังการพัฒนาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านจิตสาธารณะหลังการพัฒนาอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านรักและภูมิใจในวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นหลังการพัฒนาอยู่ในระดับมาก การเปรียบเทียบผลการประเมินตนเองเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะทั้ง 3 ด้านของเด็กและเยาวชนพลายชุมพล พบว่า หลังการพัฒนามีการปฏิบัติหรือการแสดงออกมากกว่าก่อนการพัฒนา อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Abstract

The purposes of this research were first, to study the problems and needs in the development of children at Plaichoompol village. Second, to develop a learning society model and finally to study the learning outcome of the children at the village, in terms of the interests in learning, service mind, the appreciation of Thai culture and local wisdom. The sample groups were chosen from students at the primary level in Prathom 6 and the secondary level in Mathayom 1-3 represented by Ban Plaichoompol school. The developmental method of research was applied using triangular tests as a tool i.e. the assessment test of the students’ behaviors covered learning interests, service mind, and a test of their understanding of local wisdom. This included learning interests, service mind and the appreciation of Thai culture and local wisdom. These themes in were interviews and group discussions. The data were analyzed by both quantitative and qualitative methods. Using quantitative, mean and standard deviation.The focus group discussions and interviews were analyzed by the qualitative method. The analysis studied content and description. The findings indicated that first, the problem situations and needs analysis of children at the Plaichoompol Village in terms of their learning interest, service mind and the appreciation of Thai culture and local wisdom were less than it should be. Second, the project results were displayed in exhibition. Finally, learning interest of students was still at the middle level whilst service mind was at the higher level after the process. This is in agreement with the appreciation in Thai culture and the local wisdom. The comparison of self- evaluation of these three factors after the application of the process demonstrated significantly development at p ≤ 0.05.
