ภัยจากอาชญากรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เข้ามามีบทบาทและส่งผลต่อผู้ใช้งานในสังคมออนไลน์อย่างมาก คือภัยลวงจากบอทเน็ตและฟิชชิ่ง ผู้ใช้จำนวนไม่น้อยที่ตกเป็นเหยื่อ ถูกลวงเอาข้อมูลสำคัญไป เช่น ข้อมูลการล็อกอินรหัสผ่าน ข้อมูลบัตรเครดิต เป็นต้น บทความนี้นำเสนอแนวทางการตรวจจับฟิชชิ่งและบอทเน็ตสแปมที่สามารถป้องกันการหลองลวงได้ทั้งเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ชื่อดังเช่น Facebook รวมถึงแนวทางการป้องกันสำหรับผู้ดูแลระบบและผู้ใช้งาน

Abstract

Phishing scam and botnet spams are examples of cyber crime that substantially affect online users.A considerable number of victims have suffered the intrusion of sensitive information such as their login information, entry password and credit card details.The paper provides guidance on how to monitor and detect malicious activity on the Internet such as spam,botnets, and phishing emails that imitate famous web sites including renowned Facebook. Finally,effective guidelines with regard to social networking threat detection and fraud preventive measures are suggested to IT users and systems administrators.
