การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิภาพรูปแบบการบริหารสหกิจศึกษา หมวดวิชาชีพเฉพาะ หลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิต สาขาปิโตรเคมี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 5 กลุ่มได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน 2) กลุ่มผู้ทรง-คุณวุฒิ จำนวน 15 คน 3) กลุ่มผู้บริหาร ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการจำนวน 15 คน 4) กลุ่มผู้สอน ประกอบด้วยครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการและครูนิเทศในสถานศึกษา ที่มีความร่วมมือการจัดการศึกษาระบบทวิภาคี ในกลุ่มจังหวัดชลบุรี ระยอง จันทบุรีและตราด จำนวน 35 คน และ 5)กลุ่มผู้เรียน ประกอบด้วยผู้ปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมีในภาคตะวันออก ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามข้อกำหนดของผู้เข้าศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี(ต่อเนื่อง) จำนวน 31 คน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างการสร้างเครื่องมือ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแปลผลข้อมูล การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสหกิจศึกษา ใช้วิธีการเชิงระบบจากแนวคิดและประสบการณ์ของกลุ่มบุคคลดังกล่าวมาสังเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่ารูปแบบการบริหารสหกิจศึกษา หมวดวิชาชีพเฉพาะหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิต สาขาปิโตรเคมี เป็นรูปแบบเชิงระบบมี 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการบริหารความร่วมมือ และผลผลิต องค์ประกอบของปัจจัยนำเข้ามี 8 ด้านประกอบได้แก่ 1) นักศึกษา2) ผู้สอน 3) สถานศึกษา 4) สถานประกอบการ 5)ศูนย์สหกิจศึกษา 6) กระบวนการและการบริหารจัดการสหกิจศึกษา 7) การเขียนรายงานการปฏิบัติงาน และ8) หลักสูตรมีประสิทธิภาพโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากองค์ประกอบของกระบวนการบริหารความร่วมมือประกอบด้วย 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ผู้สอน 2) วัสดุอุปกรณ์-ครุภัณฑ์ 3) สถานที่ฝึกปฏิบัติและทฤษฎี 4) การพัฒนาบุคลากร 5) การรับนักศึกษา 6) การวัดผลประเมินผลมีประสิทธิภาพโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และองค์ประกอบของผลผลิต ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1)ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการพัฒนาผู้สอนในระบบสหกิจศึกษามีประสิทธิภาพ 83.07 /81.74 2)ประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ มีประสิทธิภาพ 87.89/82.46 3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมต่อรูปแบบการบริหารสหกิจศึกษาโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 4) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารต่อคุณภาพการฝึกอบรมของวิทยากร โดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากดังนั้นประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการบริหารสหกิจศึกษาหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิต หมวดวิชาชีพเฉพาะ สาขาปิโตรเคมี พบว่ามีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้คือ E1/E2 =80/80

Abstract

This research aims to develop and evaluate the efficiency of a model of Cooperative Education Management in the major subjects in the bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, major in Petrochemical Science. The representative respondents are as follows: 1) 5 experts of the college and industrial organization, 2) 15 teachers teaching the Petrochemical subjects, 3) 15 college administrators and supervisors from a Petrochemical factory, 4) 35 trainers from a Petrochemical factory and there presentative teachers from different colleges that joined the Cooperative Education Management from Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat provinces,5) 31 Petrochemical workers from the eastern region that are qualified to proceed with the bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology majoring in Petrochemical Science. The methodology of this research was research and development. The data were gathered from a targeted population and were analyzed. The development of the model of Cooperative Education Management used the system approach and synthesized the ideas and experiences of experts.The research found that the model of Cooperative Education Management in the major subjects in the bachelor degree in Science and Technology, major in Petrochemical Science, should have a system structure that consists of input, process, and product.The input contains 8 composites: 1) student, 2)teacher, 3) college, 4) factory, 5) cooperative education center, 6) cooperative education management, 7) practicum report writing, 8) and curriculum. The results of the evaluation of the 8 composites were highly acceptable. The process of the Cooperative Management consists of 6 composites: 1) teacher, 2) materials and equipment,3) classroom and workplace, 4) personal development,5) student recruitment, and 6) evaluation criteria.The product contains of 4 composites: 1) the efficiency of the training curriculum in developing the teacher in the Cooperative Education System was 83.07/81.74; 2) the efficiency of learning was 87.89/82.46; 3) the satisfaction of the teacher in the model of cooperative education was highly acceptable;and 4) the administrator’s opinion of the quality of the training of trainer was highly acceptable.Therefore, the model of Cooperative Education Management in the major subjects in the bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology, major in Petrochemical Science, had an efficiency higher than standard at E1/E2 = 80/80.
