การพัฒนาคู่มือฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพไฟฟ้าระยะสั้น สำหรับคนพิการที่บกพร่องทางการได้ยินเพื่อเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้า

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ ศึกษาสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงานพัฒนาคู่มือฝึกอบรมและหาประสิทธิภาพของคู่มือฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพไฟฟ้าระยะสั้น สำหรับคนพิการที่บกพร่องทางการได้ยิน เพื่อเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้าโดยแบ่งลำดับการวิจัยและพัฒนาออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน คือ ศึกษาสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงานและความสอดคล้องของความรู้ทักษะและเจตคติกับสมรรถนะย่อยในการปฏิบัติงานของคนพิการ ที่บกพร่องทางการได้ยิน เพื่อเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้า รวมถึงการพัฒนาคู่มือฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพไฟฟ้าระยะสั้นและฝึกอบรมคนพิการที่บกพร่องทางการได้ยิน ในระดับชั้นมัธยมปลาย โรงเรียนโสตศึกษาทุ่งมหาเมฆ จำนวน 20 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คู่มือฝึกอบรมมีจำนวน 4 หน่วยการเรียน ซึ่งผ่านการประเมินความสอดคล้องโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ คือ การตรวจนับผลิตภัณฑ์การบรรจุผลิตภัณฑ์การตรวจสอบเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ในการทำงานและการปฏิบัติงานตามข้อกำหนดของโรงงาน ผลของการฝึกอบรมของคู่มือฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพไฟฟ้าระยะสั้นสำหรับคนพิการที่บกพร่องทางการได้ยินเพื่อเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้ากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 20 คนพบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีผลสัมฤทธิ์จากคะแนนทดสอบภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติได้ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวมคิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.84 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์และผลการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมต่อคู่มือฝึกอบรมอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับเหมาะสมมาก

Abstract

The objectives of this research included three aspects: to study on operation competency need of hearing disables, to develop short electric training course manual and to validate the efficiency of the short electric training course manual to prepare hearing disables for entering electrical industry. This research and development comprised four phases as follows: study on operation competency needs and the congruency of knowledge, skills, and attitudes with the sub-operation competencies of hearing disables, Then, it was the step of the development of short electric training course manual to prepare hearing disables for entering electrical industry, and provide the training for twenty hearing disables who were secondary students from Thungmahamek School for the Deaf. The results revealed that the developed manual consisted of four learning units which were validated for the IOC by the specialists. These learning units were product enumeration, and packing, equipment including tool inspection, and working according to factory regulations. Furthermore, the results of the short course training showed that the twenty hearing disables achieved the score on both theory and practice at the average of 83.84% higher than the set criteria and the training manual was evaluated at high appropriateness.
