การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบ สร้างคู่มือประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรม และประเมินผลการดำเนินการตามรูปแบบการส่งเสริมงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษา เริ่มจากการร่างรูปแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมโดยผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิจัยในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 39 คน การสร้างคู่มือประเมินโดยผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินการส่งเสริมงานวิจัยในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 11 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการวิจัยจำนวน 7 คน จากนั้นทำการทดลองดำเนินการในขั้นต้นที่วิทยาลัยเทคนิคสุราษฎร์ธานี พบว่าคู่มือสามารถใช้ดำเนินการตามรูปแบบได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยผลการปฏิบัติงานของนักวิจัยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 74.63 นักวิจัยและพี่เลี้ยงนักวิจัยมีความพึงพอใจต่อการดำเนินการตามรูปแบบในระดับสูง การดำเนินการใช้จริงที่วิทยาลัยเทคนิคภูเก็ตกับนักวิจัยและพี่เลี้ยงนักวิจัย จำนวน 18 คนและ 7 คน ตามลำดับ การบ่มเพาะนักวิจัย พัฒนาพี่เลี้ยงนักวิจัย สนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานวิจัย และจัดประชุมวิชาการ ผลการดำเนินการ พบว่าผลการปฏิบัติงานของนักวิจัยและพี่เลี้ยงนักวิจัยอยู่ในระดับดีมากและมีความพึงพอใจต่อการดำเนินการตามรูปแบบในระดับสูงโดยนักวิจัยมีความพึงพอใจต่อการทำหน้าที่ของพี่เลี้ยงนักวิจัยในระดับสูง ในการประชุมกลุ่มย่อยเฉพาะกิจเพื่อประเมินผลการดำเนินการตามรูปแบบ พบว่าทุกฝ่ายมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องไปในทิศทางเดียวกันในระดับมากที่สุด แสดงให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบดังกล่าวสามารถใช้ในการขยายผลต่อไปได้

Abstract

This study aims to develop a research promotion scheme for educational institutions. The project includes manual design accompanied by the evaluation on activities and promotional model implementation.Initially the model was outlined and assessed by 39 evaluators whose obligation involved research enhancement in academic institutions. Then the manual was assessed by a team including 7 research specialists and 11 participants. Subsequent to the pilot study conducted at Surattani Technical College, the developed manual proved to be feasible as the output performance reached 74.63% while mentors and researchers revealed high satisfaction for the application.The main study, conducted at Phuket TechnicalCollege, was participated by 18 researchers and 7 research mentors. The activities incorporated fostering researchers, supporting mentors, encouraging research undertakings, holding a discussion session and carrying out evaluative feedback. As results, researchers and mentors verified their superior output performance and endorsed their satisfaction on the model implementation. In addition, researchers indicated high contentment towards the mentor roles. As regards discussion on the project implementation assessment,the research promoting committee, researchers and mentors expressed congruent and positive viewpoints in relation to the developed model, indicating the viability of project expansion.
