บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการพัฒนาระบบควบคุมการพลิกเตียงผู้ป่วยและการแจ้งเตือนผู้ป่วยลุกออกจากเตียงผ่านแอปพลิเคชันบนโทรศัพท์มือถือ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยลดภาระในการช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วย ส่งผลให้ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยสามารถดำเนินชีวิตการทำงานควบคู่ไปกับการดูแลผู้ป่วยได้อย่างเป็นปกติสุข และยังส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยมีสุขภาพจิตที่ดีขึ้น การพัฒนาระบบควบคุมการพลิกเตียงผู้ป่วยและการแจ้งเตือนผู้ป่วยลุกออกจากเตียงผ่านแอปพลิเคชันบนโทรศัพท์มือถือ มีส่วนประกอบหลักที่สำคัญ 3 ส่วน คือ 1) การพัฒนารูปแบบการพลิกเตียงตัวผู้ป่วย 2) การพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับระบบการควบคุมเตียงผู้ป่วย และ 3) ระบบการแจ้งผู้ป่วยลุกออกจากเตียงผ่านแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ จากการทดลองระบบทั้ง 3 ส่วน พบว่ารูปแบบเตียงที่พัฒนาขึ้นใหม่สามารถพลิกเตียงในแนวระนาบรองรับน้ำหนักตัวผู้ป่วยได้สูงสุดเท่ากับ 110 กิโลกรัม ในส่วนแอปพลิเคชันที่พัฒนานั้น สามารถพลิกเตียงผู้ป่วยในแนวตั้งแต่ละด้านได้สุงสุด 90 องศา และการทดลองระบบการแจ้งผู้ป่วยลุกออกจากเตียง ณ หอผู้ป่วยพิเศษ VIP 5 โรงพยาบาลอานันทมหิดล จังหวัดลพบุรี ตัวเซ็นเซอร์สามารถตรวจสอบผู้ป่วยได้ระยะสูงสุด 75 เซนติเมตร และในการใช้ระบบได้รับความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้งานเป็นอย่างดี
