งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องทำความสะอาดและคัดขนาดหน่อไม้ไผ่ตง (เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการผลิตหน่อไม้สดเพื่อจำหน่ายของเกษตรกรให้มีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้นและลดต้นทุนในการผลิต)ตัวเครื่องประกอบด้วยส่วนการทำงาน 3 ส่วนคือ ส่วนลำเลียงหน่อไม้เข้าสู่เครื่อง ส่วนทำความสะอาด และส่วนการคัดขนาด โดยทั้ง 3 ส่วนทำงานสัมพันธ์ต่อเนื่องกันไป จากการทดสอบพบว่าเปอร์เซ็นต์ความสะอาดของหน่อไม้ขึ้น อยู่กับค่าอัตราส่วนของความเร็วรอบของแปรงขัดทั้งสองและความเร็วรอบของแปรงในส่วนทำความสะอาด โดยมีค่าสูงสุดเมื่ออัตราส่วนความเร็วรอบของแปรงขัดทั้งสองเท่ากับ 3.2 : 1 และความเร็วรอบของแปรงขัดทั้งสองเท่ากับ 543.74 และ 169.92รอบต่อนาทีตามลำดับ ผลการวิเคราะห์สมรรถนะของเครื่องพบว่าอัตราการทำงานของเครื่องเท่ากับ 662.59 กิโลกรัมต่อชั่วโมง ความถูกต้องในการคัดขนาด 75.24% เปอร์เซ็นต์ความสะอาด 96.33% ปริมาณไฟฟ้าที่ใช้ 1.94 กิโลวัตต์-ชั่วโมง และผลการวิเคราะห์เชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์ พบว่าค่าใช้จ่ายในการทำงานด้วยเครื่องเท่ากับ 0.08 บาทต่อกิโลกรัม การใช้งานคุ้มทุนที่ 127.64 ชั่วโมงต่อปี และระยะเวลาคืนทุนเท่ากับ 15.99 เดือน สำหรับการทำงาน 150 วันต่อปี ทำงานวันละ 6 ชั่วโมง

Abstract

The objective of this research was to designand construct sweet bamboo shoots cleaning andsizing machine to solve the production problems,increase its performance and reduce the productioncosts. The machine was divided into 3 parts; conveying,cleaning and sizing. All parts can operate concurrently.It was found that the cleaning percentage dependedon the revolution speed ratio of a couple of brushesand that of the cleaning ones. The highest cleaningpercentage appeared when the revolution speed ratioof brushes was rated at 3.2 : 1 and that of the couple of brushes was at 543.74 and 169.92 rpm . The resultof performance testing revealed that the workingrate of the machine was at 662.59 kg/hr, 75.24% forsizing correction and 96.33% for cleaningpercentage, including electricity consumption at1.94 kW-hr. Moreover, economic analysis resultsshowed that the working cost was rated at 0.08 baht/kg,with the break even point and break even time of127.64 hrs/year and 15.99 months, respectively, for 150 work days/year and 6 work hours/day.
