บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารระบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพขององค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบในการบริหารระบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพขององค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารระบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพขององค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ และ 3) พัฒนาคู่มือบริหารระบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพขององค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพได้จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในภาคอุตสาหกรรมฮารด์ ดิสก์ไดรฟ์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณได้จากแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ปฏิบัติงานในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ และรูปแบบและคู่มือการบริหารระบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพขององค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ ใช้การสัมมนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อให้ความเห็นชอบการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (X) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ ด้วยโปรแกรมทางสถิติ SPSS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการบริหารระบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพขององค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) องค์ประกอบด้านบทบาททีมงานการจัดการความรู้ 2) องค์ประกอบด้านการสนับสนุนบทบาทการจัดการความรู้ 3) องค์ประกอบด้านการให้คุณค่าและการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการความรู้4) องค์ประกอบด้านนโยบายองค์กรการจัดการความรู้ 5) องค์ประกอบด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจและจิตสำนึกการจัดการความรู้คู่มือการบริหารระบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพขององค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ แบ่งออกเป็น2 ส่วน ส่วนที่ 1 การแนะนำการใช้คู่มือ ส่วนที่ 2 การบริหารระบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพขององค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ ประกอบด้วย 2 ตอน จัดแบ่งออกเป็น 5 หน่วย รูปแบบและคู่มือการบริหารระบบการจัดการความรู้เพื่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพขององค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสก์ไดรฟ์ได้รับความเห็นชอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการสัมมนากลุ่มด้วยมติเอกฉันท์ด้านความเหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้
