การสกัดสารสำคัญจากสมุนไพรไทย: แบบผงแห้งและแบบสกัด

บทคัดย่อ

ปัจจุบันสมุนไพรไทยได้ถูกนำมาประยุกต์เข้ากับผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ เช่น ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม เครื่องสำอาง ยารักษาโรคเป็นต้น และเนื่องจากผู้บริโภคให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยและใส่ใจสุขภาพมากขึ้น จึงส่งผลให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ที่มีการผสมสารสกัดจากสมุนไพรไทยได้รับความนิยมเป็นอย่างมาก สำหรับบทความนี้ได้นำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการสกัดสารสำคัญจากสมุนไพรทั้งแบบผงแห้งและแบบสกัด โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการเก็บเกี่ยวสมุนไพร การเตรียมสมุนไพร ชนิดของการสกัดสารสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะการเตรียมสมุนไพรแบบสกัด สามารถแบ่งออกได้หลายวิธี ทั้งการต้ม การคั้นน้ำสด การสกัดเชิงกล พร้อมทั้งได้ยกตัวอย่างการสกัดสารสำคัญจากสมุนไพรในแต่ละวิธีประกอบด้วย ซึ่งข้อมูลทั้งหมดสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการเลือกวิธีการสกัดสารสำคัญจากสมุนไพรได้
