การพัฒนาระบบการจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และวัสดุวิทยาศาสตร์ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ สำหรับ การเรียนการสอนปฏิบัติการ สาขาจุลชีววิทยาและปรสิตวิทยา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา

การจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และวัสดุวิทยาศาสตร์สำหรับการเรียนการสอนภาคปฏิบัติการด้านจุลชีววิทยาและปรสิตวิทยา เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ระบบจัดเตรียมแบบเดิมมักประสบปัญหาด้านการประสานงาน ความถูกต้องของข้อมูล และระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน ซึ่งอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพของการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยรวม งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการบันทึกข้อมูลการจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และวัสดุวิทยาศาสตร์สำหรับการเรียนการสอนปฏิบัติการ และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อระบบ โดยประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือในชุด Google Applications ได้แก่ Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Sheets และ Google Slides เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูล และอำนวยความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงระบบ การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบดำเนินการโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 15 คน ครอบคลุม 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ การออกแบบ ประสิทธิภาพ การใช้งาน ความปลอดภัย และด้านทรัพยากร พบว่า ระบบมีประสิทธิภาพในระดับดีมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน และด้านทรัพยากรอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุด นอกจากนี้ได้ประเมินความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน 13 คน ซึ่งเป็นอาจารย์และนักวิทยาศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ครอบคลุมทั้งหมด 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ การออกแบบ ประสิทธิภาพของระบบ การใช้งาน เนื้อหา และการรักษาความปลอดภัย และด้านทรัพยากร พบว่าผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากในด้านการออกแบบและความปลอดภัยของระบบ และมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุดในด้านประสิทธิภาพของระบบ การใช้งาน เนื้อหา และทรัพยากร จากผลการศึกษางานวิจัยนี้ สามารถสรุปได้ว่าระบบที่ได้รับการพัฒนาขึ้นสามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน และมีส่วนช่วยในการยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการอุปกรณ์วิทยาศาสตร์สำหรับการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
