การพัฒนาระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์ (2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจของระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์ (3) ประเมินคุณภาพนวัตกรรมของระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์ โดยผู้วิจัยนำแนวคิดวัฏจักรการพัฒนาระบบงาน (System Development Life Cycle : SDLC) มาใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์ กลุ่มตัวเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ อาจารย์ และผู้บริหารสถาบันการเรียนรู้ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ที่ใช้งาน ระบบ UP e-Learning จำนวน 34 คน โดย คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลความต้องการของระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่(1) ระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์ (2) แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์ (3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจการใช้งานระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์ (4) แบบประเมินคุณภาพนวัตกรรมของระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผลการออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์พบว่า ผู้ใช้งานมีความต้องการใช้ข้อมูลด้านจำนวนครั้งในการเข้าเรียนมากที่สุดโดยวัดค่า IOC ได้เท่ากับ 1.0 และข้อมูลด้านจำนวนการดูเนื้อหา (Content view) มีความต้องการมากข้อมูลมากที่สุดเช่นกัน โดยวัดค่า IOC ได้เท่ากับ 1.0 (2) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของและความพึงพอใจของระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์ พบว่าประสิทธิภาพของระบบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄=4.63, S.D.= 0.27) ในด้านความพึงพอใจระบบของผู้บริหารอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄= 4.53, S.D =0.19) ความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄=4.65, S.D =0.47) และ (3) ผลประเมินคุณภาพนวัตกรรมของระบบวิเคราะห์การเรียนออนไลน์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา มีคุณภาพ เหมาะสม และใช้งานได้จริง (IOC= 0.97)
