Building of mobile application with no-code development for field data collection in tax administration of local administrative organization

The study aims to develop a solution for building mobile application, no-code application development, for the field data collection in tax administration of a local administrative organization. In this paper, AppSheet platform was used to build mobile application with high potential, fast delivery, no prior programming required. An online workshop on building mobile apps for field data collection with no coding was conducted successfully with 30 participants, who worked in the field of tax administration in a local administrative organizations from various regions of Thailand. Performance evaluation of mobile application and user satisfaction surveys was achieved after an online workshop. According to the results, the proposed approach of no-coding mobile application development using AppSheet can improve the capability of the field data collection; data storing, coordinate determination, image capturing, data visualization. The user satisfaction is reported at the high level of 4.62. It can be concluded that this solution can be fulfilled and implementable to many tasks in tax administration and related activities of a local administrative organization.
