Using Microsoft Excel for Design of Horizontal Circular Curves

Abstract

This paper presents worksheets of Microsoft Excel 5’s workbook for design of horizontal circular curves conforms to Department of Highways standards. Microsoft Excel 5’s tools were used to Department of Highways standards. Microsoft Excel 5’s tools were used to support the data input with convenience, time saving and minimum of errors by limiting the range of input data and warning messages will  appear when the input data is improper. Some calculated results and input data are shown in curve data accurately and completely.
