E-learning as a supportive learning tool for a traditional class

Abstract
The use of information and communication technology as an instructional tool in higher education has major implications for lecturers, learners, and institutes. Thus, there is a need to recxamine our understanding of the e-learning concept in order to fully exploit its advantages and to avoid its misgivings. This paper suggests a combination of both traditional class and online methods
