Principle of Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model

Abstract
This paper describes the principle of supply chain operations reference (SCOR) Model which
accounts for the process management, supply chain’s factors, element sectors and metrics of supply
chain. This paper also presents detailed process element information for SCOR Model. Performance
Attributes are the standard tools used to measure efficiency of process elements. Such attributes also
provide relationship among raw material, production, delivery and trading network in order to meet
the need of customers. In addition, SCOR Model serves as a guideline to apply supply chain rule to
accommodate external and internal organizations.
