Abstract

The research objective was to determine the standard performance of an industrial productdistributor with balanced scorecard concept according to five perspectives: financial perspective, customerperspective, supplier perspective, internal process perspective and learning and growth perspective. Thedevelopment started by study and collected the information from the company, analyzed the internal andexternal environment, KPIs of organize level was determined and transformed the strategy into division levelfor action. Then, the targets KPIs were set and evaluated according to each perspective throughBrainstorming Technique of Top Managements. The result demonstrates that the average score of financialperspective was 87.62%, supplier perspective was 90.86%, internal process perspective was 86.79%,learning and growth perspective was 88.57% and customer perspective was increased from 35.24% to92.70%. In conclusion, the factory can use these develop KPIs to improve and develop production efficiency.
