Administrative Factors Affecting the Student Learning Management Implementation of Schools Under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The purposes of this research were to: 1) investigate and compare the factors affecting school administration among school administrators, 2) study and compare student development activities in schools, 3) study the relationship between school administration factors and student development activities, and 4) predict the factors of school administration influencing student development activities under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Phanom Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples were 430 administrators and teachers followed percentage criteria in the sample-size specification selected by stratified random sampling. The research instruments were two sets of five-rating scale questionnaires, i.e., 1) a questionnaire for administrative factors affecting school administrators and 2) a questionnaire for Student learning management implementation. The statistics included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (independent samples), One-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression stepwise.
The results showed that 1) the academic leadership of the school administrators as a whole was at a high level. The results of the comparison classified by status showed that the overall difference was statistically significant at the .01 level. The results of the comparison classified by the size of the schools showed that the overall difference was statistically significant at the .01 level. 2) The overall level of teachers' teamwork in schools was at a high level. The results of the comparison classified by status showed that the overall difference was statistically significant at the .05 level. The results of the comparison classified by the size of the schools showed that the overall difference was statistically significant at the .01 level. 3) There was a significantly higher positive correlation between academic leadership of the school administrators and teamwork of the teachers at the .01 level. Finally, 4) there were 7 variables of factors affecting the operations of student development activities in Schools under Nakhon Phanom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 with a prediction rate of 81%.
