The academic article on an intelligent supply chain system for university management according to education criteria for performance excellence presents the process of the development of the intelligent supply chain divided into four steps consisting of fragmented supply chains, connected supply chains, coordinated supply chains, and integrated supply chains. All levels are important since these levels represent a progressive journey which not every organization can reach the integrated level. The goal of the intelligent supply chain is to move from the fragmentation level to the integration level, leverage technology, data, and collaborative practices to optimize performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive competitive advantages. So, leveraging the intelligent supply chain for university management according to the education criteria for performance excellence involves utilizing advanced technologies and data-driven strategies to optimize various aspects of the supply chain processes namely advanced analytics and predictive insights, real-time visibility and tracking, automation and robotics, supplier collaboration and integration, and risk management and resilience. These include the ability to efficiently utilize the intelligent supply chain with accurate decisions as well as creating an additional value for educational institutions resulting in high satisfaction of graduate users. In order for educational institutions to be able to provide education to achieve their goals as set out, the developed intelligent supply chain system for university management according to education criteria for performance excellence can be applied in education management for excellent tasks.
