A Study of the Current Conditions in Developing the Quality of Vocational Education Management by Performance Agreement of Teacher Civil Servants in Southern Vocational Education Area

The purpose of this research was to study the current conditions in developing the quality of vocational education management by performance agreement of teacher civil servants in southern vocational education area. The sample consisted of 265 teacher civil servants from K 1 teachers and higher in southern vocational education institutions by multi-stage sampling technique. The research tool for data collection was a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale and analyzed by percentages, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The results of the research revealed that the overall current conditions in developing the quality of vocational education management based on an agreement to develop the work of teacher civil servants in southern vocational education institutions was at a high level. When considering on each aspect, it was found that all aspects were rated at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was on the reflection and preparation of agreements for work development followed by the operational aspect on preparing agreements for work development, and planning and preparing agreements for work development accordingly.
