Guidelines for Vocational Educational Institution Management towards High-performance Organizations

In management educational institutions to be high-performance organizations, guidelines for management vocational educational institutions towards high-performance organizations are considered important and are the key to drive educational institutions to achieve success with maximum effectiveness. This can be conducted by adopting guidelines for management vocational educational institutions towards high-performance organizations. The model consists of 5 elements, i.e., 1) development of a proactive management system, 2) development of competency-based curriculum and various learning formats, 3) development of teachers and experts in specific occupations, 4) creation of collaborative networks, and 5) special supporting factors that facilitate the production of high-quality vocational manpower. Therefore, it is necessary to make the organization move towards a high-performance organization in order to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness and its sustainable progress.
