Development of Human Resource Information System at Hadyai Technical College

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) develop human resource information system at Hadyai Technical College and 2) study the users’ satisfaction on the human resource information system at Hadyai Technical College. The sample group consisted of 30 administrators and general officials to complete questionnaires analyzed by mean and standard deviation (S.D.). The results revealed that the human resource information system at Hadyai Technical College consisted of the section for management, users’ information, and personal data management system. The data can be stored, processed, and retrieved depending on user’s authority. Moreover, the users reported very high satisfaction on the human resource information system at Hadyai Technical College.
