Quality Assurance System within Educational Institutions to Improve the Quality of Education of Langsuan Industrial and Community Education College

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the components of quality assurance system within educational institutions to improve the quality of education of Langsuan Industrial and Community Education College, 2) develop the quality assurance system within educational institutions to improve the quality of education of Langsuan Industrial and Community Education College, 3) evaluate the quality assurance system within educational institutions to improve the quality of education of Langsuan Industrial and Community Education College, 4) conduct quality assurance system within educational institutions to improve the quality of education of Langsuan Industrial and Community Education College, and 5) find the results of the quality assurance system within educational institutions to improve the quality of education of Langsuan Industrial and Community Education College. The sample group included specialists in vocational education and quality assurance and the administrators of vocational colleges who were accredited by the external educational assurance committee of 4- year cycle. The research instrument was questionnaires analyzed to find mean and SD.
The results showed that: 1) the components of quality assurance system within educational institutions to improve the quality of education of Langsuan Industrial and Community Education College consisted of 7 main aspects, i.e. defining the educational standard, conducting educational plan, following the educational plan, evaluating and auditing the educational quality, conducting the follow-up study, writing self-assessment report, and developing educational quality assurance based on the auditors ‘suggestions. 2) The results of the educational assurance system development revealed 44 sub-components. 3) The overall finding of the evaluation was at very high level. 4) The results of the operation on the educational assurance showed that the management followed the main components and the sub-components of the system. 5) The results of the quality assurance of Langsuan Industrial and Community Education College increased 7.47% with very high quality based on the three standards.
