การประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมงานพิมพ์หนังสือราชการภายในของครู โดยใช้รูปแบบ CIPP

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมงานพิมพ์หนังสือราชการภายในของครูวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีบุษยรัตน์บริหารธุรกิจ โดยใช้รูปแบบ CIPP กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครู วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีบุษยรัตน์บริหารธุรกิจ จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการประเมินประสิทธิภาพหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมโดยประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบ CIPP ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การประเมินบริบท เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลเบื้องต้นในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมของครู พบว่า ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะของครู อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) การประเมินปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ได้แก่ การประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม พบว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องกันทุกรายการ และมีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาทุกรายการเช่นกัน 3) การประเมินกระบวนการ ได้แก่ การประเมินประสิทธิหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมภาคทฤษฎีมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยที่ได้จากการทำแบบฝึกหัดเท่ากับร้อยละ 80.74 และคะแนนเฉลี่ยที่ได้จากการทำแบบทดสอบเท่ากับร้อยละ 81.76 และภาคปฏิบัติเท่ากับร้อยละ 84.48 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ และผลการประเมินการจัดฝึกอบรมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 4) การประเมิน ผลผลิต ได้แก่ การติดตามและประเมินผลความพึงพอใจในการนำหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมไปใช้ พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ บุคลากรอื่น ๆ ในฝ่ายเดียวกัน มีความรู้ความเข้าใจการจัดทำงานพิมพ์หนังสือราชการภายใน รวมถึงมีทักษะการทำงานที่ถูกต้อง ตรงตามระเบียบงานสารบรรณมากยิ่งขึ้น จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมงานพิมพ์หนังสือราชการภายในของครูไปใช้ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
