บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาสื่อวีดิทัศน์ และแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสารสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์โดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียวที่มีการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 20 คน ได้จากการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) สื่อวีดิทัศน์เรื่องการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสาร 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน 4) แบบประเมินคุณภาพแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5) แบบประเมินความสอดคล้องระหว่างจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้กับข้อคำถามของแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ 6) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐานและค่าทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 2) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์เรื่องการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสารอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
