In the present era, education transitions from the 4.0 era to the 5.0 education era: The integration of virtual world technology with the learning process is the main mechanism for developing skills for the digital era. Create an ecosystem that supports the development of education quality, considering the rapidly changing social and technological context. Participatory learning has become essential, while future skills are crucial as guidelines for designing learning that aligns with these needs, and are relevant to both digital entrepreneurship and digital industry labor. The current educational transformation prioritizes people-centeredness, focusing on developing "skills" or practical expertise rather than learning from textbook content alone. This lays a crucial foundation for developing a high-performing workforce capable of competing globally, promoting social equality, creating career opportunities, and reducing social gaps. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) outlines the implications of workforce and education skills development for future education and skills, including: 1. Cutting-edge digital technology; 2. Lifelong learning for continuous adaptation to change; 3. Emotional and social skill development; 4. Learner-centered learning; and 5. Digital skills development, preparing for work in the digital age. In line with the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), an organization that promotes education and skills development for the future, including: 1. digital skills, 2. entrepreneurship skills, 3. analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, 4. communication and collaboration skills, and 5. flexibility and adaptability skills. Developed in line with the 21st century education approach, it covers four educational pillars: 1. Learning to know, 2. Learning to do, 3. Learning to live together, and 4. Learning to be.
